I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I b) Mr. Bert Dahlman, 14750 Bowers Drive, regarding Findings of Fact on the Assessability of Street Improvement on Certain Land He Owns - Accordingly, enclosure (D2-f) contains the following documents which are hereby submitted for your review and action: Copy of letter sent to Mr. Bert Dahlman informing him of the meeting and also conveying to him a copy of the Findings of Fact. 2/ Findings of Fact regarding Mr. Bert Dahlman. You will have to review this and act on it. 3) Sketch of Parcel 580 as to whether it is a buildable lot and should be assessed. 4) Proposed Resolution #82- which you will need to adopt. Council Action: Council action on this case will be as follows: a) Adoption of Findings of Fact - Council will have to adopt the Findings of Fact by motion. You may want to amend the proposed Findings of Fact and if so, this should be done in your motion. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration in this case: Motion by ;:'. ~/ :'~ and seconded by to adopt the proposed Findings of Fact prepared for Parcel 580 in regards to whether this parcel of land is a buildable lot and should be assessed' for a street improvement.
