Voting yes Voting no b) Act on Rezoning regarding Mr. A1 Bullick's Request to Rezone Lot 4, Block 3, Riverside West - Council action now will be to act on the rezoning request. Voting no MINNESOTA UTILITIES' REQUEST FOR ANOTHER BUILDING: Mr. Lloyd Bearle of Minnesota Utilities will be present to represent their request to construct another 40 x 60 building south of the building that they are presently adding to. They have indicated construction will be the same as the other buildings (see Building Official's report for his comments). Council Action: Council action in this matter will be to approve/ disapprove of the request. If your action is to approve, then it should be contingent upon approval by the Building Official of the applicant's plans. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to approve/dis- approve of Minnesota Utilities' request for an additional 40 x 60 metal building as per their site and design plan. Further, that they enter into an agreement with the City in regards to the site and design plan. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no
