Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to adopt Resolution ~82-134 approving of change order ~ to <br />P~.~lic Improvement Project #82-1 (street surfacing of 167th Avenue NWl. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-134). <br /> <br />~otion carried. D~ainage easement regarding Mr. Wes Bulen and 167th Avenue, Street <br /> Improvement Project ~82-1. <br /> <br />Council instructs Mr. Raatikka to find out if Mr. Bulen is willing to <br />give a narrow strip of drainage through his property. <br /> <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />4. MSA 1983 Street Project <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #82-135 to direct City Engineer to prepare a feasibility <br />study for the remaining unconstructed portions of Variolite Street. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-135). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that the monies could <br />be earmarked for Variolite, but a hasty decision should not be made. <br />Councilmember Cox stated that Variolite is in most need of improvements, <br />and why delay decision. Councilmember Cox inquired if there were any <br />monies left to improve Cty. Rd. #5 and 167th. Council directs City <br />Engineer to look for a solution to the drainage problem at Cty. Rd. #5 <br />and 167th. <br /> <br />Council left this motion as an open motion on the floor and a vote should <br />be taken at the next regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />5. Gateways North Industrial Park <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />renew Letter of Credit for Gateways North Industrial Park. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #12: Violation Of Wild And Scenic River Ordinance; Case Of Mr. Edwin <br /> <br />Potter, 17665 Argon Street NW: <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle noted that river property owners should be put on notice that <br />it is a violation to change river property. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember So~teberg <br />directing City Staff to send a letter to Mr. Edwin Potter stating that he <br /> <br />C/September 28, 1982 <br /> Page 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
