i '1 I I I I I I I I I I I I I I PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA A Board of Adjustment was called to order by Chairman Arnie Cox, Tuesday, September 28, 1982 at 7:45 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, regarding Mr. John Anderly's request for a larger accessory building than City Code provides for. Members Present: Councilmember Arnie Cox, Chairman ~4ayor Thomas Gamec Councilmember Sue Van Wagner Councilmember Gary Reimann Councilmember A~ Sorteberg Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle City Engineer Peter Raatikka City Attorney Bill Goodrich City Building Official Clayton Berg Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve of Mr. John Anderly's request to build an accessory building 864 square feet, and further that the building is to be use for the stroage of the applicants personal property and that no business will be allowed to operate in the building, and further that the exterior of the accessory building will blend in with the exterior of the principle structure on said property. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmember Cox, Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmen~e~ Reimann to adjourn the Board of Adjustment. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmember Cox, Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting No: None. The Board of Adjustment adjourned at 7:46 P.M.
