Public Works Committee to recommend that the City Council approve the Feasibility <br />Report as drafted. <br />3) Consider Increasing Traffic Control Measures for Dysprosium Street between <br />Nowthen Boulevard and CR 116: Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works <br />Committee to recommend City Council approve staff recommendation to work with <br />the Police Department to schedule placement of the speed trailer in the areas, and <br />increase police presence as schedules permit. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Pro Tem Riley, Councilmembers Johns, Williams, <br />Kuzma, and Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Strommen and Councilmember <br />LeTourneau. <br />5. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Councilmember Johns noted that Item 7.01 was already considered under Presentations and <br />therefore could be stricken from the agenda. <br />Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Councilmember Skryock, to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br />Motion carried. Agreement between <br />the City of Ramsey and Pro Power Sports <br />Asst. City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Brama reviewed the staff report and <br />recommendation to approve the lease agreement extension with Pro Power Sports as presented; <br />noting that Pro Power Sports has been a good tenant to date, has paid on time and taken good <br />care of the premises, and is a valued Ramsey business and respected member of the community. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to approve the third <br />amendment to the existing lease agreement between the City of Ramsey and Pro Power Sports; <br />subject to final review and amendments by the City Attorney. <br />City Council / March 8, 2016 <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />
