Howard: <br /> <br />I have reviewed your letter dated October 8, 1982 addressed to ?am:~ey <br />City Administrator L].oyd G. Schnelle and ~!r. Schnelle bas asked that <br />I respond to that letter. <br /> <br />As you know, the City Council, at its meeting on September 29, 1~02, <br />adopted the assessment roll relating to Project ~82-8 which assessment <br />roll included an assessment of your property in the total mmount of <br />$1,233.00. ~]en the Council adopted this assessment it was aware of <br />your concern and disagreement. <br /> <br />In your letter you question the Green Acres Law procedures. For infor- <br />mation on this subject, I suggest you contact the Anoka County Assessor's <br />off~ce which administers this law. <br /> <br />Secondly, in your letter you asked about the procedures related to appeal- <br />ing an assessment.
