Unfortunately do to the permanent cons-Lruction
of the flue piping they were unable to gain access for
cleaning.

It is our recommendation to have the following modification
made to the flue piping to provide the access necessary
for cleaning:

1) Re-support the common horizontal header flue from
the ceiling to remove stress on the vertical
sections attached to the boiler.

2) Install removable vertical flue sections for the
first four feet of pipe directly above the boiler.

Once this modification has been made our servicemen can
complete the preventative maintenance work on the boiler.
It most certainly is to your advantage to have this work
completed soon to assure maximum fuel efficiency on your
boiler. If I can be of any further assistance please
feel free to give me a call.

Regards,

HONEYWELL, INC.

Robert Schneider
Operations Supervisor

RS: he

HOtJEY¥,~F_LI_ INC., 7354 E~.USt'I LAKE ROAD.
