adopt i on: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-152 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council by Project #82-6 ordered a special <br />as~essment blacktop improvement for Bower's Drive in the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, blt. Erwin Tolkenien petitioned the Council to delete <br />o~m o£ the two assessments proposed to be assessed to him based on the fact <br />I}wJt Parcel 2150 Plat 89230 is unbuildable because of its size configuration; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to that petition the Council at its September 29, <br />1982 meeting requested that pl'oposed findings of fact be prepared on said <br />Parcel 2150 Plat 89230 addressing its buildability; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has now reviewed the proposed findings of <br /> <br />fact. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,. CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That it adopt the Findings of Fact attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 2) That based on said Findings of Fact Parcel 2150 Plat 89230 <br /> be assessed as one unit on the assessment role for Improvement Project #82-6. <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br /> in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Cox and Van Wagner <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> -None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 26th day of October, 1982. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
