Schnell: <br /> <br />This letter is to clarify the status of properties which are p.~.rt o£ the landfill <br />inventory sub~nilted to the Metropolitan Council. This inventory was required by <br />the Solid Wasle Act of 1980. <br /> <br /> On D~:ce~nber g, 1981 Anoka Count]/ submitted a partial inventory to -ihe <br /> Metropo]ilanCouncil. The inventor)' submitted consisted of four sites for mixed <br /> municipal waste. These sites were identified as Sites D (Oak Grove), g (East <br /> Bethel), P (Ra,nse)'), and Q (Andover/Coon Rapids). <br /> <br />\Ve have received a number ol inquiries regarding what properties are included in <br />~hese sites. This question is especially significant since there is a development <br />~oratorium on those properties included in the site and buffer areas.
