UTION ~82-37 AUTHORI~TION FOR ~ENOED ~NOFltt <br /> INVENIORY SU~qlTTAL TO METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 473.803, <br /> Subdivision Ia, each metropolitan county is required by resolution to <br /> submit an inventory of proposed landfill sites, once reviewed by the <br /> Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, to the Metropolitan Council for <br /> further review prior to site implementation; and, <br /> <br /> ~;IEREAS, on December 8, 1981, the Anoka County Board of Co.Tmissioners <br />passed Resolution ff81-112 in which the Anoka County Landfill Inventory, <br />c~:,~posed of sites D, E, P and Q, was submitted to the ~.~etropolitan <br />Council for review; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners found it desirable <br />to amend its inventory in order to minimize potential hardship to landowners <br />caused by the moratorium imposed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapte~ <br />473.803, Subdivision la, to reduce the expenditure of public funds, and <br />to conform more closely with site delineations submitted to the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 6, 1982, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners <br />passed Resolution #82-37 in which the Anoka County Landfill Inventory <br />sites D, P and Q were amended as to their site and buffer delineation; <br />and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Anoka County Board of Conmissioners <br />to ~eet the requirements set forth in I~innesota Statutes, Chapter 473.803, <br />Subdivision la; and, <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, site P delineation a~ set forth in Resolution F82-37 will <br />not fully accomplish this goal: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners <br />that the Anoka County Landfill Inventory, previously submitted to the <br />Metropolitan Council pursuant to Resolution #81-112 and amended by <br />Resolution ff82-3Z, be further amended as it relates to Site P by substituting <br />the attached drawing marked Exhibit "A", of site and buffer areas for <br />those submitted with said resolutions for site P. <br /> <br /> BE 1T FINALLY RESOLVED that copies of this resolution ~e forwarded <br />to the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br /> YES <br />Fields ~ Ficla' <br />Ko~diak X Kordiak <br />t~ng X L,~ng <br />O'P. ~ nnon ~ <br />Ry3n ~ R)'an <br /> <br />NO <br /> <br /> Stale o1' :,!innc-~otl <br /> Count)' of Anokm } 5S <br /> <br />codify tbs: I ~ve cornpart-d U,e foregoing copy of ~e rn e~.. o[ Lhe Cour.~' ~rd of said Coun~ <br />~'lth (he o~ginal record lhc'rcof on file in the Admimslralmn Office.
