I've turned in about 75% of the parcels so far. <br /> <br />I've been taking inspections for Clayton when he is busy with other things. <br />This works out good as it gives me an occasional break from the tedious job <br />of transferring data. <br /> <br />The reason for not giving you a list of sales the last two months is because <br />the County is behind getting them out. I have only three sales since my <br />last report so I will hold them over until next month. <br /> <br />I was pleased to hear the COunty went along with the tillable land values we <br />established for the City of Ramsey. In fact, they even lowered it a little <br />from my value. I'm not so sure the COunty would have sent out as many letters <br />as they did if it weren't for the survey we did here in the City of Ramsey and <br />the Township of Burns. <br /> <br />LW:sb <br /> <br /> <br />
