Status of Subdivisions: <br /> <br />A. Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Drainage problem on this plat is to <br /> be resolved with the 2nd ~-~ition. <br /> <br />B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Developer is waiting for City sewer <br /> prior to finalizing plat. <br /> <br />C. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: Paving of the streets was <br /> completed in Phase I' of this plat on October 30, 1982. <br /> <br />D. Pondvale Estates: The developer was given an extension until <br /> September 15, 1983, for paving the streets in this development. <br /> <br />Meadowbrook Estates: The developer was granted a six-month extension <br />for filing the plat at the April 27, 1982 council meeting. Therefore, <br />this plat will be void unless another extension is granted. <br /> <br />Hs-IO Ramsey: The developer was given six-month extension for filing <br />this plat at your August 24, 1982 council meeting. The construction <br />on this plat has been completed with the exception of the street <br />signs. <br /> <br />G. RamseS Commons: Final approval on this plat was granted at the <br /> August 24, 1982 council meeting. <br /> <br />1982 MSAS Project: Due to unfavorable weather conditions this project <br />will not be completed until next spring. Work on this project is basically <br />complete with the exception of restoration. Also the driveway entrances <br />into the commercial establishments could not be put in permanently due to <br />frost conditions. These will have to be replaced next spring. <br /> <br />See the case on engineering for the proposed time extension on the project. <br /> <br />1982 Street Projects: Due to unfavorable weather conditions these projects <br />will also have to wait until spring for completion.
