Surveying should <br />be completed by the end of November and plans are scheduled for comt)le~ion <br />in December. <br /> <br />MSAS Update: I am presently working on the annual MSAS needs update and <br />i~ertification of mileage. This has to be completed and submitted to the <br />state by December 17, 1982. I have also completed and submitted the annual <br />road status report' to the Anoka County Highway Department. <br /> <br />1982 Surface Water Manfgement Law: I will be meeting with communities <br />incTuded in the Upper Mississippi River Watershed to discuss potential <br />~,~atershed management organizations and boundaries as required by the <br />Surface Water Management Act Chapter 509. <br /> <br />See the attached letter from Mr. William R.
