Temporary Conditional Use Permit - You will have to approve/ <br />disapprove of Mr. Ed Reinke's request for a temporary conditional <br />use permit for the purpose of storing snow plowing equipment at <br />his residence at 8059 - 154th Avenue NW. Reinke be informed <br />of this Co~cil action ahd that the equipment be removed no <br />later than <br /> <br />vo n g n o i <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST; CASE OF CROSS OF HOPE LUTHERAN CHURCH: <br /> <br />Cross of Hope Lutheran Church is requesting a conditional use permit to <br />place a church in an R-1 zone. The subject parcel is ten acres in size <br />and is located just easterly of the junction of State Highway #47 and County <br />State Aid Highway ~7. The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public <br />hearing on this matter at their last regular meeting. There was-no public <br />input either in writing or at the public hearing. <br /> <br />'Fee Planning and Zoning Con~nission has recommended this request for approval <br />contingent upon the City Attorney preparing a findings of fact for their <br />review prior to your meeting.
