No Council action is required other than to note <br /> //~ ~hat you have received it. <br /> / b) l,andfill Study Done by City Staff - This report will be available <br /> / at the Council meeting. <br /> //~c) F, nclosure (D2-h) contains the public notice for permit a.~n~me~lt <br /> / regarding the landfill and a letter from Mr. Bob Hutchison of <br /> / Anoka County to Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br /> <br /> CASE ~;9: ~t},]AJ~I'H INSURANCE: <br /> <br /> Enclosure (D2-i) contains the following information on health insurance: <br /> <br /> a) This document contains the proposed rates for the five different <br /> ~ health insurance programs that are available to City employees. <br /> <br /> /~ ~ b) ~]~is document contains the final benefit package modifications <br /> I~ ~/~' which will be effective January 1, 1983. Persons covered by <br />I/l~ ~6~ Group Health, Physician's Health Plan and Blue Cross/Blue Shield <br />~~ ~ will have certain modifications to their plan. <br />/ c) This document is a comparison of the different plans which does <br /> ~ ~ ~ ~ an excellent job of showing how each group compares with one <br /> ~~ another. <br /> <br /> /' Comments - I will be going over this with all of our City employees so <br /> / they are fully aware of the changes in the different health plans. Further, <br /> there will probably be an open enrollment period in December 1982. As soon <br /> as I out an open period so notify <br /> find <br /> tha~ <br /> there <br /> will <br /> be <br /> enrollment <br /> I <br /> will <br /> all City participants. However, there will be no open enrollment for Blue <br /> Cross/Blue Shield. <br /> <br /> Council Action: No Council action is required other than to note that <br /> you have reviewed this information. <br /> <br />CASE #10: SNOW PLOWING AT GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL AIRPORT: <br /> <br /> Councilman Sorteberg, Public Works Superintendent Mevissen and myse]f met <br /> with Mr. Don Greenberg on November 10, 1982 at the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> This meeting was in regards to the discussion Council had on this issue <br /> on November 3, 1982. <br /> <br /> Co~ucilman Sorteberg or myself will address this at the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
