I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />AGP~EMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH <br />DP~TELOP~ENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE~ <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This Agreement between Edward Reinke, hereinafter referred to as %ppl3[cc~nt <br />and the City of Rzlmsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" entered into this <br /> day of November, 1982 o <br /> <br />Intent and Purpose: <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey <br />for a conditional use permit in an R-1 district are understood between the <br />npl~licant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully with conditions <br />and time frames as established by this Agreement and plans and specifications <br />ss submitted by the Applicant. <br /> <br />]?~cription of Property: <br /> <br />lot 3, Block 2, ~%ispering Pines Estates and is kno%~n as 8059 - 154th Avenue NW. <br /> <br />Zoning: <br /> <br />zoning at the date of this Agreement is R-i, Residential. <br /> <br />Approved Use of Property: <br /> <br />Residential <br /> <br />Conditions of Agreement: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the pieces of equipment will be removed from the property no later <br />than April 15, 1983 and business will cease at that time, at that address. <br />Further, that said equipment is to be used for snow plowing and removal <br />only. <br /> <br />2) That no customers are to be serviced out of Mr. Reinke's residence. <br /> <br />3) That adequate off-street parking shall be provided for his employees <br /> as well as vehicles. <br /> <br />4) That the business be limited to four employees for the duration of this <br /> permit. <br /> <br />5) That there be no fuel storage on the property. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />~nat any drainage problems created to this point in time be corrected <br />prior to the City entering into an agreement with Mr. Reinke. Further, <br />that Mr. Reinke is responsible for any future drainage problems that <br />might be created. <br /> <br />7) Access to the property from County Road #83 be via shortest route possible <br /> usJ_ng City streets. <br /> <br />8) 3nn~._~~o e at premises on vehicles be done no later than <br /> 5:00 p.m. and not prior to 8:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
