Gillman and Marie L. Gitlman <br />of 14059 Magnesium Street Northwest to assist them in expediting <br />the upgrading of that portion of Magnesium Street which runs <br />North from Industry Avenue Northwest through the Northwest Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter of Sec%ion 35, Township 32, Range 25 and <br />continues on into the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br />Would you please advise me as to the status of the City's plans <br />with regard to this road? If you have a planning file or engineering <br />file concerning the road, I would appreciate receiving copies of <br />everything in your file. I understand that at one time there may <br />have been a development contract between the City of Ramsey and <br />Norman D. Holm. If such a contract exists, I would like to see a <br />photocopy of that and a photocopy of any performance bonds or <br />completion bonds that may have gone along with that contract. <br />Finally, I would appreciate knowing if the City plans ~o take the <br />road as used or a close approximation of the road as used by way <br />of eminent domain.
