W. was designated a city street belonging <br />to the City of Ramsey ~../hen Norman Holmes sold two pieces of property on it. The <br />~;~.reet basicly ends at my property line and subsequently ~,/ould be in th~) care, <br />custody and control of the City of Ran'~ey. <br /> <br />Based on the winder conditions in the area every year prior to the desi,jnation <br />as a city street and since it's designation I have gone to the expense of plowing <br />a complete road to the county line for the City of Ram~ey. I am in the process <br />of selling my residence and 3 and 3/4 acres adjacent to the present road and into <br />the pond area and would at this time request that the City of Ramsey consider <br />m,~intaining and plowing this section of road including the cul-de-sac at the top <br />of the hill adjacent to my garage and house. <br /> <br />In order to facilitate and alleviate any possible problems the City of Ramsey <br />might have, I am enclosing a Covenant Not To Sue and a Hold Harmless agreement <br />to the City of Ramsey for any damage to property or any other items whi(r:h may <br />become damaged through the plmwing of the street of Magnesium at this time and <br />at any future period until this portion of the street from the residence of Vilroy <br />Gilman up to the top of the hill and back down again is converted to a city street. <br /> <br />At this point we have foregone the billing to the City of Ramsey for pl()wing this <br />section of the road as a courtesy to the city but will have to submit a bill if the <br />previously mentioned arrangements cannot be accepted by the city of Ramsey. <br /> <br />By means of this letter and the two accompanying re&6ases I would consider the <br />use of the additional amount of road being used as a turn-around by the city of <br />Ramsey for plowing and maintenance of this section. <br /> <br />Respectful ly, <br /> <br />Robert F.
