The proposed <br />area would be constructed and operated in accordance with plans and specifications <br />dated through August 29, 1982. Filling of the borrow area is specified in the <br />existing permit, however the existing permit does not specify final contours of <br />the fill area. The permit amendment will approve a final contour plan that ties <br />the filling of the borrow area into existing refuse deposits. <br /> <br /> <br />
