The permittee shall construct the ~isposal system covered by this permit in accordance with the engineering report, operation procedures, and plans dated through August 29, 1982 which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The approval, by the Agency of the plans and specifications shall not be construed to release the permittee from any present or subsequent requirements of statute, rule, regulation or ordinance.
