The Anoka County Solid Waste Ordinance requires that the licensee submit evidence that this matter has been reviewed by the City and results of that review. We have advised Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc., re- garding this matter. As yet, we have not received such information and therefore can not process this plan addendum. In order to provide for the most effective and complete review possible, it would be most desirable to have the City's comments. For this reason, I would appreciate it if the Agency would not act on this addendum uz]til Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc., has presented this matter to the City and we have recieved and reviewed the City's comments.
