It is ranked <br />the nation's most effective with least cost per capita. The <br />system is county operated and with minor changes, as a private <br />contractor, I would be happy to enforce and continue to serve <br />you. <br /> <br />In brief, I'll list some of the changes in the system to our <br />present system that greatly reduces to no costs monthly qr yearlv <br />to the communities. <br /> <br />1. It transfers pound operating costs from tax pavers <br />to pet owners. <br /> <br />a. Pound is a central ]_icens~.ng agency open 7 <br />days a wee~, (which we presently are) and is <br />called "Rabies Animal Control". Rabies <br />oontrol is their number one concern and no <br />license and no animal is released from pound <br />without its rabies shot and all fees collected <br />are retained by the pound. <br /> <br /> <br />
