! <br />! <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />,! <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY STUDY BE PREPARED ON 167TH AVENUE EAST <br />OF C.S.A.H. #5 TO JASPAR STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 167th Avenue N.W. between~'the <br />line of C.S.A.H. #5 and Jaspar Street N.W. and to assess the benefited prop- <br />erty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka <br />Hakansan Anderson Associates for study and that he is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a prelimi- <br />nary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some-other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the' foregoing resolution was'duly seconded <br />by COuncilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City COuncil this the 23rd day of November, 1982. <br /> <br />! <br />I ATTEST: <br /> <br />I ~/ltY A/lni~trat°r/Clerk <br /> <br />'1 <br /> ! <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
