The computer work is <br />seemingly going well. If all the transfering is not completed by such a time that <br />the valuation notices have to go out, there will be a cut off date and all parcels <br />that are not processed by the cut off will be sent out with the 1982 values as they <br />appeared last year. Outside of new construction, the values will be the same, give <br />or take a few hundred dollars. <br /> <br />As for new construction, I'm working on it at the present time. I've pretty well <br />finished the incomplete and completed structures for 1982. The incomplete structures <br />for 1982 are not that many. <br /> <br />The Annual Building Official Institute is from January 19 - 21, 1982.
