Flintwood Hills 2nd Add'it'ion: Developer is waiting for City sewer prior to finalizing plat. C. Barthel's RUm River' Acre's' 2'nd' Add'i't'ion: Paving of the streets was completed in Phase I of this plat on October~. 30, 1982. Pondvale Estates: .The developer was given an extension until September 15, 1983 for paving the streets in this development. Meadowbrook Es'ta'tes: The developer was granted a six- month extension for filing the Plat at the April 27, 1982 council meeting. He will be requesting another extension at your December 21, 1982 council meeting. Hy-10 Ramsey: The developer was given a six-month extension for filing this plat at your August 24, 1982 council meeting. The construction on this plat has been completed. Ramsey Commons: Final approval on this plat was granted at the August 24, 1982 council meeting. The developer is proposing construction of four four-unit residential buildings on the property. 1982 MSAS Project- Construction on this project has been stopped until next spring. 1982 Street Projects: Construction on these projects has been stopped until next spring. 1983 MSAS Project: We are presently working on the plans and specifications for upgrading 155th Avenue and Variolite Street. We have also completed a feasibility study sho~ing the pro- posed costs and financing for the project. Th~ item will be discussed under engineering. - 1 -
