I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> Letter dated NoYember 12, 1982 from Mr. George Steiner, <br /> Director of the Community Health and Social Services Dept. <br /> of the County of Anoka, to Mayor Gamec regarding map changes <br />to Landfill Site P and attached chronology. <br /> <br />STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />City Administrator ~ Mr. Schnelle reviewed his report with <br />Council. Council agreed to review ordinance regarding <br />fencing in of wetland during recodification. <br /> <br />b) Building Official - Council noted. <br /> <br />c) City Assessor - Council noted. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Chief of Police Mayor Gamec noted that along with the first <br />snowfall came the problem of snowmobilers. Councilmember Cox <br />stated that in certain areas, although the boulevard is right- <br />of-way, the snowmobilers are abusing their rights. Mayor <br />Gamec replied that he doesn't want to eliminate freedom to <br />snowmobile, but that respect for public and private property <br />should be enforced. <br /> <br />e) City Engineer Council noted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1' Awarding Of Plaque To Mr. Darrell Jensen: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that Mr. Jensen could not be present at this <br />meeting and that he would visit Mr. Jensen at his office and <br />present him with a plaque in appreciation of his service on the <br />Economic Development Commission, Park Commission and several <br />other areas in which he has been involved with the City. <br /> <br />Case tt2: <br /> <br />Correction Of Council Minutes Dated September 28, 1982 <br />Regarding 1983 MSA Projects: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann- <br />to adopt Resolution #82-135 to prepare a feasibility study and <br />order plans and specifications. (Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution #82-135). Project #83-1. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Raatikka noted that this study should <br />include 155th Avenue, also. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case tt3: Finance (A.
