Enclosure (D2=h) contains the City Attorney's letter regarding the use of previous year bond funds for this project. Council Action: Your action will be to adopt a resolution receiving report and calling for public hearing. CASE #12: RAMSEY SECOND SANITARY SE~ER INTERCEPTOR CONNECTION: I / Exhibit #4 which is submitted under separate cover to the agenda contains the amendment to the Metro Council Water Resource Development Guide system plan dealing with sewage treatment and handling. Please refer to Page 5 of the above I ~ document as it refers to the Ramsey second sanitary sewer connection. The p~blic hearing on the amen~lents contained in the above document will be held at 2:00 p.m., January 6, 1982 in the Metro Council Chambers. Ramsey had tter be present at this public hearing to defend our interest should we need on this matter. Council Action: Your action is to note that you have reviewed the contents con- tained in the above stated document which pertains to the City of Ramsey. I CASE #13: ILAZARDOUS WASTE: We will be bringing a proposed resolution to the Council meeting for adoption, I ~'~ stating the City's position on this issue. This will be the City's response to the public hearings that are being held December 16 and 17, 1982 in St. Paul by the State Waste Management Board on this issue. Please refer to enclosure (D2-i) which contains the Waste Management Board fact sheet for preliminary areas. ! !
