I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's policy is that the remaining balance in <br />administrative and escrow construction cost in which costs have been assessed out, <br />be transferred from the respective construction funds to the Administrative Trust <br />Fund which will be used to defray accounting and audit costs during the life time <br />of the bond issue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the following 1982 construction project funds have the follow- <br />ing remaining balances in their administrative and escrow construction costs which <br />have been assessed out to the projects: ' <br /> Construction <br /> Remaining Balance Project Fund Account' <br /> <br />$ 2,896.02 <br />2,008.63 <br />648.58 <br />1,497.08 <br />4,878.09 <br />172.93 <br />2,199.72 <br />2,987.07 <br /> <br />$17,288.12 <br /> <br />#82-.2, Rodeo Hills 534 <br />#82-3, Barthel's Rum River Acres 535 <br />#82-4, Bower's Mississippi Acres Third 536 <br />#82~.5, 157th Lane East of CR #56 537 <br />#82-6, Bower's Mississippi Acres First 538 <br />#82-.7, Bower's Mississippi Acres Second 539 <br />#82~8, Deerwood Addition 540 <br />#82~9, Shady Lawn Estates 541 <br /> <br />TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE TRANSFERRED <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the transfer <br />of the above remaining sums of mone~ contained in the above construction funds as <br />administrative and escrow construction costs, to the General Fund #101. The total <br />amount to be transferred is $17,288.12. <br /> <br /> ~) The City Accountant is to be provided with a copy of this resolution <br />and that it will be used as the authority for the above transfer of funds, <br /> <br /> <br />
