Even though <br />the potential of fire in related required equipment exists, proper <br />operation and maintenance will reduce this potential considerably. <br /> <br />b) Electrical disturbances are not applicable. <br /> <br />c) Noise pollution will not be applicable. <br /> <br />d) Vibrations will not be applicable. <br /> <br />e) Odors will not be applicable. <br /> <br />'7) That the Applicant has agreed there shall be no on-street customer parking. <br /> <br />8) That the Applicant has agreed the advertising sign shall not exceed two square <br />feet. <br /> <br />9) That the Applicant has brought her request to the City Council and they adopted <br />the findings of fact in accordance with Sections 170.016D, 170.016E, 170.016F of <br />the Ramsey City Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
