LYLE TIREVOLD & THE CITY OF RAMSEY This Agreement is entered into this the day of December, 1982 between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred'to as "City", and Mr. Lyle Tirevold, herein- after referred to as "Permittee", to operate at her premises at 7321 - 152nd Avenue NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303, a beauty shop as defined in the City Code Chapter 170.014E. The Home Occupation Permit Agreement is granted conditioned and contingent upon · the Permittee complying with the following: 1) That the Permittee shall provide off-street parking and shall not allow any on-street parking. 2) That the Perm£ttee shall be allowed to install a sign not to exceed two (2) square feet, in accordance with the City Sign Ordinance, and that said sign shall be located on the premises and so placed as to the direc- tion of the beauty shop entrance. 3) That the Permittee shall be the sole operator of the beauty shop and shall not be allowed to employ another beauty operator under this permit Agreement. 4) That the Building Official of the City shall inspect the beauty shop premises to insure code compliance prior to commencement of operation. 5) That the Permittee understands and agrees that there shall be a fire extin- guisher installed in the beauty shop work area. 6) That the Permittee shall comply with all the regulations of the State Board of Cosmotology. 7) That the Permittee understands and agrees that the Home Occupation Permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and any violation of any other City Ordinance or regulation may be cause for immediate revocation of this Home Occupation Permit.
