The developer <br />has proposed dwelling units of 1,024 square feet and 864 square feet or <br />512 square feet and 432 square feet per floor respectively. The ordinance <br />requires that three (3) or more family structures have an area of not less <br />than 600 square feet on the first floor per family. , <br /> <br />I did not see any other areas of concern in my review. The valuation <br />benefit ratio will be addressed by the City Assessor with a separate re- <br />port. <br /> <br />As no escrow has been made, I would think that any excessive staff time <br />more than a normal review, should be billed back to the developer. <br /> <br /> <br />
