Proposed con~pliance with Section 170.015C regarding on-site sewer <br /> sys tern. <br /> <br />Commissioners Deemer and Isakson noted that all this information should have <br />been provided before the project progressed this far, that what has been <br />submitted is almost entirely deficient. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer amends his motion to include that most importantly, the <br />Planning Com~nission is satisfied with the policy as described in Section <br />170.015C of City Code (Timing Application). <br /> <br />Commissioner Isakson seconds the amendment to the motion. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Isakson, Schneider and La Due. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Commissioner Schneider noted that at every public hearing, there are always <br />complaints that the mailing list is deficient, and that she wauld like City <br />Staff to investigate for a better way of notifying interested parties of <br />a public hearing. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied that on an overall basis, the present system <br />does work. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Isakson to <br />adjourn the regular Planning and Zoning Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Isakson, Schneider and LaDue.
