I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />~) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> RAMSEY COMMONS <br /> URBAN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />S) <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />That the applicant applied for an Urban Development Permit on October 1, <br />1982. <br /> <br />That in accordance with the requirements of the Code, the applicant <br />appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing <br />on November 3, 1982. <br /> <br />That said public hearing was properly advertised in the official City <br />newspaper and that said notices were mailed to the neighboring property <br />owners as specified by the Code. <br /> <br />That the property is legally described as Ramsey Commons, Lots 1, 2, 3 <br />and 4 and is located at approximately 148th Lane N.W. and County Road #5. <br /> <br />That one letter objecting to the development was received by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission and that said letter is hereby ~cnorporated as part <br />of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />That the Zoning of the property in question is U.M.B., Urban Multiple <br />Business. <br /> <br />That the proposed use, multifamily residential with a density of four <br />units per acre, is in compliance with the City ordinance which provides <br />for densities of five to fifteen units per acre. <br /> <br />That the proposal was reviewed by the Building Official and that his report <br />is hereby incorporated as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />That the proposal was independently reviewed by the City Engineer and <br />that his report is hereby incorporated as a part of these findings by <br />reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
