I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I' <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's share of the State Aid Construction Project #82-1 <br />for 167th Avenue NW between CSAH #5 and State Highway #47 is $20,000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's 1982 Operational Budget did not provide ~°r funding <br />for the above cost factor. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The City of Ramsey's 1982 Budget will be amended as follows: <br /> <br />Amend 1982 Budget transfer 101-4990: Provide $20,000 <br />to be transferred from General Fund ~101 to State Aid <br />Construction Fund ~203. Purpose is to cover City's <br />share for the State Aid Construction Project #82-1 of <br />167th Avenue NW. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City transfer $20,000 from General Fund #101 to State Aid <br />Construction Fund #203. <br /> <br /> 3) That the City Accountant be furnished a copy of this resolution as <br />the authority to amend the 1982 City Budget and transfer funds. <br /> <br /> <br />
