Plage 5 of enclosure (D3-b) <br />shows the five employees in the incremental program. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove the salary <br />increases as shown on Page 2 of enclosure (D3-b). <br /> <br />Council Personnel Committee's proposed recommendations for part-time <br />employee increases for 1983 - The Personnel Committee is recommending <br />a wage increase as shown on Page 6 of enclosure (D3-b). <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprovD of wage in- <br />creases as recommended on Page 6 of enclosure (D3-b). <br /> <br />Council Personnel Committee's proposed recommendation regarding health <br />insurance increase for full-time employees and public officials - Page <br />6 of enclosure (D3-b) contains their recommendation for the City share <br />of health insurance. <br /> <br />Council Personnel Committee's proposed recommendations regarding single <br />coverage - The Personnel Committee recommended that those employees'or <br />public officials who have only single coverage health insurance be paid <br />the difference,~however, all City fringe costs such as FICA and PERA <br />must be deducted from this reimbursement. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above. <br />The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br /> <br />
