Phone: Unknown <br /> <br />COMPLAIN'[ <br />Clerk's Office: <br />Court File No.: <br />Ticket No.: None <br /> <br /> The Complainant being duly sworn, makes complaint to the Court and states that he believes that probable <br />cause exists to believe the defendant committed the offense described below; and that the following facts establish <br />PROBABLE CAUSE: <br /> That he is the duly appointed Zoning Admioistrator for the city of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota. That on the 12th day o'f Jan~.ar¥, '1982-:Pursuant to'SeC~-lon· <br /> the City Council granted to the Defendant herein a 90 day temporary permit to locate a <br /> mobile home on his property located on a Part of'the East Half of Northeast Quarter of <br /> Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, which property is commonly known as 6421 Green Valley <br /> Road, located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County', Minnesota.. That the permit for the <br /> placement of said mobile home was conditioned on the receipt by the City of a $300.00 <br /> certified check or a surety bond, as required by Section 170.022(5) of the City Code. <br /> That a mobile home was placed on the above referred to premises; that said mobile home <br /> is presently occupied as the Defendant's resldence. That the City Council on July 27, <br /> 1982 granted an additional 90 day temporary permit to the Defendant to locate the mobile <br /> home on the subject premises. That said permit was conditioned on and to be effective <br /> only upon receipt of the $300.00 surety bond or certified check. That the moblle home <br /> continues to be on the subject premises and was specifically located there on t[ae 2nd <br /> day of November, 1982, in spite of: the Defendant's failure to comply w'lth the $300.00 <br /> escrow requirement, and notwithstanding the expiration of the temporary permits granted <br /> to the Defendant.
