Miller, EDC Member <br />Jack Menkveld, EDC Member <br />Gary Reimann, City Council Member (arrived at 7:21 P.M.) <br /> <br />· Also Present: <br /> <br />William Goodrich, City Attorney iarrived at 7:50 P.M.) <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Al Sorteber§,'City Council Member' <br />Lloyd Schnelle, City Administrator <br />Merle Mevissen, City Street Supt. <br />Robert Isakson, P & Z Member <br /> <br />Committee member Art Dunn called the Ad Hoc Committee Meeting to order at <br />7:10 P.M. <br /> <br />The Committee proceeded to review the final draft of the Public Improvement <br />Utility Ordinance. <br /> <br />The following changes were recommended: <br /> <br />a. Page 53 - Delete 170.0312B Hardship - which is also referred to <br /> on Page 56. <br /> <br />b. Page 54 - 170.0316, Item #3 - Add the following: Fee shall be <br /> as determined by Ramsey City Council Resolution.. <br /> <br />c. Page 55 -170.0317, Item #3 - Add the following: Fee shall be <br /> as determined by Ramsey City Council Resolution. <br /> <br />d. Page'56 - 170.0317, Item #4.d.3. - Delete <br /> <br />e. Page 10 - Streets' M.S.A./County Roads - Paragraph i - Change <br /> all references to 75% to 100%. <br /> <br />f. Pag6 17 - Ramsey's Financing Policy - Item #1.a.l.a - Change all <br /> references to 75% to 100%. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is to direct City Staff to include wording in <br />the Ordinance which would allow the City to re-evaluate REC charges <br />and readjust those R£C charges where necessary. <br /> <br />Clayton Berg stated that the Public Improvement Utility Ordinance will <br />be corrected accordingly and submitted to City Council on December 21, 1982. <br /> <br />Ad/Hoc Public Improvements <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> December 13, 1982 <br /> <br /> <br />
