Mayor Gamec also informed <br />Mr. Walters that if he continues with construction, he will be <br />in violation and that he should submit necessary information, to <br />City Staff and arrange for a public hearing to be held either <br />at the Special Council meeting scheduled for December 14, 1982 <br />or at the regular Council meeting scheduled for December.2~, <br />1982. <br /> <br />Gerald Peltzer, Green Valley Road - Requested an out-of-court <br />solution to his mobile home problem, <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the case of Mr. Gerald Peltzer's mobile <br />home wouId be discussed at Item #8 under New Business. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox to approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />1. New Business - Case #7 ~ Hunt's Bus Company. <br /> <br />2. New Business - Case #8 - Gerald Peltzer's mobile home. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, <br />Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to approve Special City Council meeting minutes dated <br />October 25, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Van Wagner and Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Abstain: Council- <br />member Cox. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmemher <br />Van Wagner to approve Regular City Council meeting minutes dated <br />October 26, 1982. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmembers commended Council Secretary <br />on quality of minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
