Ray Odde. Mr. Odde indicated that the charge was based on a <br />projected flow of four million gallons in 1983. This flow was based on <br />early projections in 1982 by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Currently, as shown on the attached Table 19 of the City's Comprehensive <br />Plan, the City of Ra3nsey is not projecting any wastewater flow for 1983. <br />Therefore, we do not feel we should be l~able for any sewer service user <br />charges in 1983. <br /> <br />In the event that the timing on sewer construction should change, we will <br />be happy to pay for any flow discharged by the City. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br /> ! <br /> ,.¢," <br /> ,.-/ <br /> <br />.'"~i t~'A~ni n i s tra t or <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call either myself <br />of our City Engineer, Mr. Pete Raatikka. <br /> <br />cc: .t.]r.
