Therefore, the City of <br />Ramsey would like to revise MSAS Route 108, which would increase the MSAS mileage <br />by 0.51 miles. <br /> <br />The proposed change, as shown on the'attached half section map, consists of deleting <br />Feldspar Street and extending 138th Avenue to the intersection of U.S. Highway 10, <br />52 and 169 and Ramsey Boulevard. This change is consistent with the City's <br />Thoroughfare Plan as shown on the attached plan. <br /> <br />Please review the proposed change and let me know if it meets with your approval. <br />The City would like to incorporate this change to their MSAS as soon as possible. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or need any additional information, please let me know. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
