It points out that we ar~ doing very well and that we are a very low spender. 'When taking the Financial Health Profile and comparing Ramsey with Cities o~r size, it really, points out-that~e are doing.very'poorly 'in State 'aids.. We want to have the 1983 budget out of the way as soon as possible this year, 2) Zoning - This is going to usurp a lot of time as people seem to complain about ~verythingas ~oon as they see f--he'~ ~tart£ng to'clo something about it.
