Page number five <br /> <br />(5) of the States' financial health profile covers budget overruns. <br />The years 1976, 1978 and 1979 show overruns in expenditures of <br />$62,523, $12,298 and $11,982 respectively. Please note that these are <br />expenditure overruns only, and are not necessarily decreases to Fund <br />Balance.
