I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Case #3: Correction To Council Minutes Of April 28, 1981: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />correct Council Minutes dated April 28, 1981 by including the amount of <br />$79,298.20 as the authorized amount for Payment of Bills. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Removal Of Driveway Off County Road #56 To Residential Dwelling <br /> (7200 152ND Avenue NW); Case Of Mr. Duane Lee: <br /> <br />Mr. Duane Lee was not present at the meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that if the City condemns on this residence, then most <br />likely Mr. Lee's counteraction will be that the City should condemn on all <br />other properties accessing onto County Road #56. Mr. Goodrich also does not <br />foresee Mr. Lee getting much for damages because he does have another driveway. <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the first step should be to adopt a resolution <br />requesting the County to condemn, and further that without the County's <br />cooperation, the City has a real problem in this instance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #82-88 requesting that the Anoka County Board condemn all <br />accesses onto any major thoroughfares (Cty. Rd. #56, Sunfish £ake Blvd., <br />Nowthen Blvd.) in the City of Ramsey. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #82-88). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Combining Of Lots On Bowers Drive: <br /> <br />Mr. Waldowski called Ramsey City Offices and requested that his case be <br />deleted from the agenda because he could not be present at the Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Case #6: Appointing Of Members To Serve On Ad Hoc Committee For The Purpose <br /> Of Developing Proposed Policy For Council For Impelmentation Of <br /> Public Utilities (Sanitary Sewer And Water), Storm Sewer And Streets: <br /> <br />Council recommends the following be appointed to Ad Hoc Committee: <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Menkveld <br />Mr. Bill Miller <br />Mr. Daryl Fults <br />Mr. A1 Sorteberg <br />Mr. Gary Reimann <br />Member of Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to adopt <br />Resolution #82-89 appointing members to the ad hoc committee for the purpose <br />of developing proposed City policy for the implementation of public utilities <br />(sanitary sewer and water), storm sewer and streets in the City.of Ramsey for <br />Council to approve and adopt in Ordinance form. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #82-89). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Cox and Van Wagner.
