One is the Raudio property located on
N~ghway #47 near the Rum River while the other is the Federal property
located on ~61st Avenue N.W. between Variolite Street and Armstrong Blvd.

We found that from an aesthetic point of view that the Raudio property
would be far more desirable for development. However, with the uncer-
tainty of the bridge location, the need for the improvement of ~n en-
trance road, and more extensive grading necessary to create ball fields,
it is our opinion that the immediate need for ball fields could be satis-
fied quicker and more economically at the Federal site.

Therefore, it would be our recommendation that the Federal site be considered
at th~s time for the reasons previously mentioned.

GRB: sb
