A zoning certificate.must be obtained within sixty (60) <br />days after notification to the zoning officer by the owner of any <br />non-conforming use as evidence that the use lawfully existed prior to <br />the adoption of the provision which made the use non-conforming. <br /> <br /> 3. Any non-conforming structure damaged by fire, flood, <br />explosion, or other casualty may be reconstructed and used as before <br />if such reconstruction is performed within twelve (12) months of such <br />casualty, and if the restored structure has no greater coverage and <br />contains no greater cubic content than before such casualty. <br /> <br /> 4. In the event that any non-conforming use, conducted in <br />a structure or otherwise, ceases for whatever reason for a period of <br />one (]) year, or is abandoned for any period, such non-conforming use <br />sha]] not be resumed. <br /> <br /> 5.
