I I I I I I I I CASE , t ! Accordingly, the Personnel Committee met on July 19, 1982 at 7:30 a.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center and reviewed their policy. Please refer to enclosure B-4 for the Personnel Committee meeting minutes dated July 19, 1982, Enclosure (D3-b) contains the proposed amendment to the City's Personnel Code for Council review and action. Council Action: Your action will be to approve or disapprove of the above proposed Ordinance amendment. It is directed that this Ordinance be published in the official newspaper, the Anoka County Union. ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE (A. ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 170.01 ENTITLED ZONING; SECTION 170.014N ENTITLED MANUFACTURED HOUSING AND B. ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 170.02, ENTITLED MOBILE HOMES, SECTION 170.021): The Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducting a.public hearing on the above stated Ordinance amendments at 7:30 p.m., Monday, July 26, 1982 at the Ramsey Municipal Center. Accordingly, the minutes of the public hearing and the Planning and Zoning action taken on it will be available at the Council meeting. Enclosure (D3-c) contains the following documents for Council review and action: 1) City Attorney's letter to City Administrator dated July 14, 1982 2) Public hearing sent to the official newspaper, the Anoka County Union 3) Mr. Ken Peterson's, Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman, notice of the meeting sent to Planning and Zoning members dated July 19, 1982 4) Proposed Ordinance #82- amending of Chapter 170.01 entitled zoning, Section 170.014n, Manufactured Homes 5) Proposed Ordinance #82- amending of Chapter 170.02 entitled Mobile Homes, Section 170.021 Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation in regards to the adoption of the above said Ordinances. If you disapprove said Ordinances, you should state why in your motion. The adoption of the two proposed Ordinance amendments will require two Council motions.
