You are forcing the legitimate businesses out by at~empting to make them psy for the ~bums. you let by. You "overlook", evideutly by people in your local goverr~ment being paid under the table and therefore do not force every- one into buying permits and licenses. I can refer you to two bold examples (which have been reported before both by phone and letter: 6~63 Rivilyn Ave. 16208 Coquina There are more cars being repaired and sold from these two ~ocations than Greenberg Rambler. But upon checking your City Hall, I fin.J no license, permits, etc., nor do I find a license with ~:he State of Minnesota(which any citizen aa, do with a call) .... ~ · . ou~-~ dgive by esoecially on a Thursday or Friday after ~he auto auction. Drive by and see for yourself. Please either let it be known who .~,he rest of us can "pay off" or do something about purging all citizens on an eoual basis. If this had just started, it would be sad but after years of complaining to yourself, your office and seeing it continue we think we need a change in government--forget regulations to all citizens or enforce them: One of the problems about getting this situation corrected, is that your own employees have purchased vehicles at these addresses.
