AGreEMENT FOR REDISTRIBUTION OF FINES THIS AGREEMENT entered into by and between Robert W. Johnson, as Anoka County Attorney of the County of Anoka, hereinafter known as "County Attorney"; and the below-named City Attorney for the below-named City, hereinafter called "City Attorney." WITNESSETI{ TIIAT: WHEREAS, the City Attorney has agreed with the County Attorney to prosecute violations of Minn. Stat. l~169.129; and ~{EREA~, the City Attorney has been appointed IAssistant County Attorney for such purpose without compensation; and WHEREAS, a portion of a fine imposed for a conviction under Minn. Stat. ~169.129 is distributed to the County of Anoka; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto agree that the City represented by the City Attorney in such prosecution should Ireceive an amount oi equal to the portion of the fine money money distributed to the County; IT IS THEREFORE AGREED between the parties hereto zhat in consideration of the City Attorney prosecuting the bove-referenced offenses, the County Attorney will pay to ~he City represented by the City Attorney in such prosecution, an amount of money measured by the County's portion of any Iine in such matter received the by County. FURTHERMORE, the County Attorney shall make such lrrangements with the Clerk of Court as are necessary to be ~roperly informed of such distribution and will remit to the i :ity within thirty (30) days of being so informed.
