During this period of time w~ <br />completed drafting answers to interrogatories served by the <br />State of Minnesota and conferred a number of times with Mr. <br />Schnelle regarding these answers. We also received new documents <br />produced by the State of Minnesota and provided copies of these <br />documents to ~he City for review. <br /> <br /> In connection with a number of conversations with Mr. <br />Schnelle regarding an expert witness for the trial of this <br />matter, we contacted a number of financial consulting firms <br />concerning their interest in serving as an exPert witness. <br />have continued those discussions during the month of July. <br /> <br />We <br /> <br /> Almost half of this months bill represents copying charges <br />on account of copying documents produced by the State of Minnesota. <br />A large number of the documents produced by the State were original <br />copies of reports of which the State did not have extra copies.
