Voting yes <br /> Voting no . <br /> <br />GAME FAIR (TRAP SHOOTING) , SEPTEMBER 3, 4, 5 AND 6, 1982, REQUEST FOR; CASE <br /> <br />OF ARMSTRONG KENNELS: <br /> <br />The Delaneys spoke to Police Chief Auspos about g~tting a permit to have a <br />gamefair (trapshooting) event out at the Armstrong Kennels on the above <br />dates. Our City Ordinance does not really address this type of an event, <br />so consequently, Council will have to act on it. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-a) contains the Police Chief's comments on this request. ~. <br />Chief Auspos will be present at the meeting to respond to any questions <br />Council may have on this issue. The Delaneys will be present to answer any <br />questions in regards to their request. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to grant the Delaneys a variance from <br />the Gun Ordinance which pertains to distances from buildings when discharging <br />a firearm. In this case it pertains only to the Delaney's buildings which <br />you would be granting a variance to. (Please refer to D2-a for an excerpt <br />of the City Code.) <br /> <br />The gamefair (trapshooting) event is not covered by our Ordinance. Council, <br />would have to give approval to them based on City Staff recommendation in_~ <br /> <br /> <br />
